My name is Edward Collins. I’m a lawyer specializing in Tax, Estate, and Business Law. I’m also a serial entrepreneur. I’ve founded and own multiple companies. A private wealth management firm, tax preparation and compliance practice, and a fractional CFO company to name a few. Over the last three decades, I’ve worked with thousands of high-income earners … business owners, W-2 professionals, and real estate investors who were doing “everything right” on the surface.
They earned well.
They worked hard.
They were disciplined.
And yet …
They felt boxed in.
Overexposed.
Overtaxed.
And quietly unsure whether what they were building would actually last.
